BioI am a retired psychologist with longstanding interests in creativity, choice, empirical ethics, and behavioral economics.
Politically, I am an independent but tend to favor classical liberalism and personal freedom. I believe in equality of opportunity but think that this will rarely, if ever, lead to equality of outcome.
I am interested in the future, especially in scientific and technological progress both in the physical and in the behavioral sciences. I especially support an effective space program.
